About Anala

At Anala we navigate and support individuals, families and organisations, by creating unique programs and services to cater for your personal or organisational requirements. Anala’s philosophy is to work with clients respectfully through a person centered process.

History of Anala

Anala was founded in 2015 by Ana Gimenez. Her vision and passion is to inspire people to create change in their lives. Anala strives to empower people to live a life that they choose.

Prior to Anala, Ana was contracted by the Physical Disability Council of NSW (PDCN) to provide information sessions on the NDIS, pre-planning and supporting participants to access the scheme. Ana has also provided mentoring to staff for a number of organisations in supporting them to understand the NDIS, and prepare themselves for the mind shift of new language within the disability space. Ana was a former employee of Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC), managing case managers and multi-disciplinary teams across South West Sydney.

Having worked with complex clients for the past 20 years and seeing the closure of Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC) , it was her passion to ensure complex clients continue to receive the delicate piece of work that’s required for a successful outcome.

Ana and the People and Culture team are invested in the recruitment process to create a team whom are aligned with the core values of the organisation.
