About Anala
At Anala we navigate and support individuals, families and organisations, by creating unique programs and services to cater for your personal or organisational requirements. Anala’s philosophy is to work with clients respectfully through a person centered process.
History of Anala
Anala was founded in 2015 by Ana Gimenez. Her vision and passion is to inspire people to create change in their lives. Anala strives to empower people to live a life that they choose.
Prior to Anala, Ana was contracted by the Physical Disability Council of NSW (PDCN) to provide information sessions on the NDIS, pre-planning and supporting participants to access the scheme. Ana has also provided mentoring to staff for a number of organisations in supporting them to understand the NDIS, and prepare themselves for the mind shift of new language within the disability space. Ana was a former employee of Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC), managing case managers and multi-disciplinary teams across South West Sydney.
Having worked with complex clients for the past 20 years and seeing the closure of Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC) , it was her passion to ensure complex clients continue to receive the delicate piece of work that’s required for a successful outcome.
Ana and the People and Culture team are invested in the recruitment process to create a team whom are aligned with the core values of the organisation.
Ana Gimenez
Ana Gimenez, Anala’s Director, comes with over 30 years’ experience in the Human Services sector and had a vision and dream to create a company which started from grass roots and expanded into an organisation which has changed the lives of its participants.
Bek Gimenez
Bek is Anala’s Head of Service Delivery. Bek oversees the programs and services offered at Anala to ensure we are meeting the needs of clients families and organisations. Bek oversees the programs offered at Anala to guarantee the programs meet the participants needs and reach our strategic goal. Bek is experienced in Mentoring, Support Coordination, Behaviour Support and Nursing. This allows for a stronger understanding in service delivery.
Kerry Hartigan
Kerry has over 30 years experience in the Community Sector and has worked across a wide range of fields including disabilities, youthwork, aged care, community capacity building, and sector training and development. Kerry holds a Bachelor in Social Science, Diploma in Disability, Cert IV in Frontline Management and Training and Assessment.
Abby Hallett
Abby is Anala’s Human Resource and Communication Lead. Abby has Degree in Communications coupled with a Diploma in Human Resources Management. With over 10 years in recruitment and a public relation associate, Abby ensures a collaborative and harmonious work environment at Anala.

Anala is currently looking for Support Coordinator in Wollongong.
As a Support Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting participants, their family and carers in identifying and connecting with appropriate providers of supports with a view to overcoming barriers, developing skills and achieving the objectives of their NDIS Plan.
Criteria
- Minimum Cert IV Qualification in Community Services Sector
- Apply for NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and Vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module and New Worker - Induction Module

Anala is currently looking for Behaviour Support Practitioners in Picton, Campbelltown and Wollongong.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide professional information and strategies to people with disability, families, staff and their networks regarding evidence-based approaches to reducing the impact of challenging behaviour and participants can assimilate into community.
Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (eg Psychology, Social Work)
