History of Anala

Anala started from the combined vision and expertise of Ana Gimenez and Alana Winn to create a business that inspires people to create change. In recent times, Alana Winn has stepped aside in her role as Director and Ana Gimenez has continued her passion and drive to grow Anala to be at the forefront of service delivery for complex clients and participants under the NDIS. The staff at Anala are a dedicated team who strive to support people to achieve their goals and offer their skills and expertise in their discipline.

Ana and the People and Culture team are invested in the recruitment process to create a team whom are aligned with the core values of the organisation.

Ana Gimenez

Director
Ana Gimenez, Anala’s Director, comes with over 25 years’ experience in the Human Services sector and had a vision and dream to create a company which started from grass roots and expanded into an organisation which has changed the lives of its participants.

Bek Hingley

Service Delivery Program Lead

Bek is Anala’s Head of Service Delivery. Bek oversees the programs and services offered at Anala to ensure we are meeting the needs of clients families and organisations. Bek oversees the programs offered at Anala to guarantee the programs meet the participants needs and reach our strategic goal. Bek’s background is in Mentoring, Support Coordination and Nursing. This allows for a deeper element of understanding and delivery of service.

Kerry Hartigan

Quality Assurance Lead

Kerry has over 30 years experience in the Community Sector and has worked across a wide range of fields including disabilities, youthwork, aged care, community capacity building, and sector training and development. She holds a Graduate Certificate and a Bachelor in Social Science, Diploma Disability, Cert IV’s Frontline Management and Training and Assessment.

Abby Hallett

HR and Communications Lead

Abby is Anala’s Human Resource and Communication Lead. Abby has Degree in Communications coupled with a Diploma in Human Resources Management. With over 10 years in recruitment and a public relation associate, Abby ensures a collaborative and harmonious work environment at Anala.

Positions Vacant

We are growing, and have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

We are passionate about person centered practices and employ these in the work which we undertake. You will be required to work with individuals, families and their support networks. You will be required to work as a part of the multi-disciplinary team. Your role will include among other things providing functional assessments and living skills programs, sensory assessment and programs, social skills development and equipment prescription.

Where required we work in a consultative model to support the person and build capacity for the individual and their support network.

Do you have a passion for supporting people to access their community, build lifestyle skills and live a fulfilling life? Here at Anala we have the job for you!

Our Lifestyle Support Program matches individuals with a dedicated Mentor who can support them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Activities may include independent living skills with activities of daily living, preparing a meal, cooking skills, laundry, and shopping, travel training to support catching public transport, social support with recreational activities, and social inclusion. Individuals may also require assistance in money management training with budgeting, bill paying, shopping, job seeking skills and helping people to be active members of their community.

We are passionate about person centered practices and employ these in the work which we undertake. You will be required to work in a consultative model with individuals, families and their networks support the person and build capacity.
