Anala is committed to ensuring the safety and well being of the people we support, their families and carers, and staff.
We are closely monitoring the situation in relation to the current COVID-19 pandemic; and are taking guidance from the Federal and NSW governments with regards to how we should respond.
As you are no doubt aware, there have been significant measures announced by the Federal and State governments on 23 March 2020. As a result, Anala has limited some of our services to protect vulnerable people in our community during the COVID-19 crisis. This includes closing our physical Anala offices until further notice.
Throughout 2021, Anala’s Therapeutic team and Support Coordinators have worked remotely servicing our clients in the safest ways possible while delivering a person centered service.
Anala has now returned to face to face service delivery across NSW, while taking COVID-19 safety precautions and enforcing protocols to keep our participants, staff and community safe.
