Our History

Anala was founded in 2015 by sector leader Ana Gimenez, whose passion for disability advocacy and client empowerment shaped the organisation’s mission from day one: to inspire and support people to live a life they choose. Drawing on her deep experience with the Physical Disability Council of NSW (PDCN) and Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC), Ana established Anala to meet a growing need for specialist support for individuals with complex needs navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Anala began by delivering NDIS pre-planning programs and mentoring NGOs across rural NSW. As one of the early registered NDIS providers, Anala quickly expanded from supporting two participants to now empowering more than 400 individuals across disability and mental health sectors. With a carefully selected team aligned to its values, Anala continues to deliver person-centred services including Therapies, Lifestyle Support and NDIS Services.

From its beginnings in advocacy and training to its growth as a trusted NDIS provider, Anala’s story is one of purpose, progress, and people. Today, our team remains committed to the same values that sparked our journey — supporting independence, informed choice, and meaningful change in every life we touch.

What We Do

At Anala, we design and deliver person-centred services tailored to individual needs. Whether someone requires therapeutic support—such as behaviour support or counselling—or benefits from one-on-one mentoring or recovery coaching, we provide comprehensive wrap-around care. Our team understands the complexities of psychosocial disability, mental health challenges, and trauma, and we continually adapt our services to meet people where they are.

We also offer training programs for support providers and professionals in the human services sector, alongside participant-focused options like parenting programs and individual skill-building workshops.
