INSPIRE - Independent Living Skills Program
‘Real Skills for Real Life’.
This workshop supports individuals to gain the confidence, knowledge and skills to live more independently. Using our decision-making and capacity-building frameworks, participants will learn the skills they need, how to develop them, and how to put them into practice in their everyday life to connect the dots towards independence.
Topics that will be explored:
- Money management & budgeting
- Employment & study readiness
- Decision-making
- Social skills
- Wellbeing
- Rights & responsibilities
Please note that this program is run for NDIS participants and non-NDIS teens/youth- fee for service.

Emotional Control in Sport and Life.
A dynamic and targeted workshop designed to strengthen mental conditioning and empower junior and youth athletes for peak performance in individual and team sports.
