INSPIRE - Independent Living Skills Program

‘Real Skills for Real Life’.

This 7 week program supports individuals to gain the confidence, knowledge and skills to live more independently. Using our decision-making and capacity-building frameworks, participants will learn the skills they need, how to develop them, and how to put them into practice in their everyday life to connect the dots towards independence.

  • Education & employment
  • Job skills
  • Wellbeing
  • Social skills
  • Rights & responsibilities

Suitable for young people and adults who are working towards employment, building confidence, improving social skills, or wanting greater independence. INSPIRE provides a supportive environment to learn and practice real-life skills to connect the dots towards independence.

Anala is hosting a free 30-minute online information and taster session for our upcoming INSPIRE Independent Living Skills Program.

INSPIRE is a 7-week NDIS capacity-building program delivered through weekly 1-hour workshops at our Fairy Meadow office by our Social Worker Jack. The program focuses on practical skills that support greater confidence, independence and community participation.

During the information session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Learn more about the INSPIRE program
  • Meet facilitator Jack Thomson (Social Worker & Behaviour Support Practitioner)
  • Explore the workshop topics and outcomes
  • Experience a sample activity
  • Ask questions and discuss suitability

Emotional Control in Sport and Life.

A dynamic and targeted workshop designed to strengthen mental conditioning and empower junior and youth athletes for peak performance in individual and team sports.
