How Plan Management Works at Anala

We follow a clear, person-centred process to ensure support is effective, responsive, and collaborative.

1. Set Up & Onboarding

We’ll work with you to get started, explain how Plan Management works, and connect with your support providers.

2. Receive & Process Invoices

Providers send their invoices directly to us. We check them against your plan and process them through the NDIS portal.

3. Track Your Budget

We track your spending across different categories and let you know how your funds are tracking. Ensuring you don't over or underspend your plan funds.

4. Provide Monthly Statements

Each month, you’ll receive a clear and easy-to-read statement so you know where your money is going.

5. Answer Questions & Troubleshoot

We’re here to answer your funding questions and help resolve any issues with claims or payments.

6. Ongoing Team Support

Whilst you may not hear from us all that often. We're continuously working with your support team to ensure you are supported.

Plan Management is a service that helps you manage the financial aspects of your NDIS plan—like paying providers and tracking your budget.

Most of the time, yes. There are some cases where we’re not able to pay invoices to a particular provider for any number of reasons. We’ll let you know if this is ever the case. Otherwise, you’re free to be flexible in choosing providers who you prefer to work with. 

 

No. If Plan Management is included in your NDIS plan, it’s fully funded and doesn’t take away from your other budgets.

Yes. We provide monthly statements and real-time updates on your budget so you always know where your funding stands. If you prefer, we can address these directly to your Support Coordinator or Recovery Coach to ensure they’re well informed also.
